The creation of these drums, affectionately called, The Story Weaving Wheel, are a part of the vast tools we use to engage our participants in conversations about mental health, addictions, human trafficking, gambling/gaming and other themes of discussion. Here they are being used for teaching/sharing at a national community function being held in Montreal, Quebec. We gratefully acknowledge the Gambling Research Exchange Ontario (GREO) for funding the creation of this amazing culturally located teaching tool which has the Anishnawbe clans and 7 Grandfather teaching imprinted on them.

Workshops include:

  • Theatre
  • Mask making
  • Lego Facilitation
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Support land based initiatives
  • Gambling Awareness
  • Anti-Human Trafficking Workshops with Testimonies
  • Program Development & Evaluation
  • Culture, Clans & the 7 Grandfather Teachings – Creating a Narrative to Health and Well-being

The program provides sessions that can be geared towards specific target groups and local radio or webinar programs.
